Last month, ESPEC successfully conducted its latest EU service training, reinforcing our unwavering dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction. This two-day event, held 23-24th October at the offices of our esteemed German distributor, ThermoTEC, marked a much-awaited return to in-person training sessions for our service engineers.

The outbreak of Covid-19 disrupted our service training schedule, necessitating a pause for an extended period. Thankfully, this year we were finally able to restart our training and it was a moment of immense pride for us.
