Espec’s Solder Joint Evaluation System enables continuous measurement of micro resistance values of solder joints and conductor parts of connector contacts in low-temperature and high-temperature thermal cycle environments. It accurately detects minute cracks in semiconductor packages and electronic component junctions. Automatic measurement, data storage, and data processing are performed systematically with a computer. Featuring data graphs, compatibility with spreadsheet software, and data processing via LAN, this system enables more accurate and efficient connection reliability evaluation.

High Precision Measurement

Resistance changes in solder joints and connector joints can be measured continuously under a low/high temperature cycle environment.

Wide Measurement Range Of 10-3 To 106Ω

With a 4-terminal measurement method, minute resistance changes are accurately measured.

Multi-Channel Evaluations

We offer multi-channel evaluations, thus increasing time-saving and test accuracy. Channels can be added in 40-channel blocks from the standard 40 channels up to 280 channels depending on the tests and the number of chambers to be connected.

Easy Connection With Environmental Test Chambers

The AMR Solder Joint Evaluation System can be connected to three environmental test chambers for testing. Linking with the environmental test chamber enables temperature and humidity monitoring, management of the time schedule, and it displays an alarm when a failure is detected.
