ESPEC offers two types of standard industrial oven models: the space-saving vertical ovens and the horizontal ovens. Both provide horizontal airflow for even exposure to all samples. Control constancy as low as ±0.1°C and uniformity as low as ±0.5°C ensures accurate operation. An exhaust damper is included to ventilate the oven and allow quick cool-down.

The standard controller on our vertical industrial ovens offers two-step programming for simple heat-up or shut-down steps. An inexpensive upgrade allows creation of up to ten programs for full cycling applications. The large display is easy to use and read. Four levels of overheat protection are included for safety. A wide variety of options are also available.

M-Instrumentation Features Programs with Up To 20 Steps

These industrial ovens are suitable for a range of applications from temperature characteristics testing to heat treatment and drying. The programmer allows storage of ten test profiles, each up to twenty steps. A wide range of functions are available, including temperature ramp settings and a maximum of 999 repeat cycles.

Seamless Interior Door Structure

The door interior is a single molded structure preventing heat loss.

Large Processing Capacity

The floor and shelves of the test chamber are greatly reinforced so a large number of specimens can be loaded and processed at the same time. The sliding shelves ensure easy handling of the specimens.

Excellent Heating Performance

Heating performance is greatly enhanced so that the chamber temperature remains constant even if the ventilation damper is opened (at +20°C ambient temperature).

Controller and blower are located at the top of the chamber (air distributed horizontally from back wall).
