These industrial safety ovens with explosion vent are based on our PH temperature ovens. They include special features for drying, heat-treatment and temperature characteristic testing of flammable synthetic resins, volatile solvents and batteries.
An explosion vent in the ceiling allows ventilation if an explosion occurs. The door latch locks securely to avoid popping open if such an event occurred. Even if the operator accidentally turns on the power when door is unlocked, the door lock detection switch prevents the oven from starting.
M-Instrumentation Features Programs with Up To 20 Steps
These industrial safety ovens are suitable for a range of applications from temperature characteristics testing to heat treatment and drying. It is possible to store up to ten test profiles, each up to twenty steps. The ovens provide a wide range of functions, including temperature ramp settings and a maximum of 999 repeat cycles.
Low Temperature Heaters
High-mass “sheathed” heaters are used to heat the oven without a hot element that could ignite volatiles.
Safety Features
The oven is suitable for drying and heat-treatment of flammable synthetic resins or volatile solvents. Safety features such as the explosion vent or the door lock system (single-action lever) allows operation in total safety.
