ESPEC liquid to liquid thermal shock chambers impose higher thermal stress on specimens than “air-to-air” testing and deliver test results quickly. These thermal shock chambers satisfy the demand for lower running costs for brine and power consumption.
The airtightness of the test area has been enhanced to prevent vapor leakage and brine evaporation. Numerous mechanisms have also been added, including a water separation filter for removing brine from water for the purpose of brine recycling.
Select either single-liquid brine or double-liquid brine by switching valve.
Test area transfer time is less than 10 seconds, yet smooth transfer of specimens is possible thanks to an air cylinder system that suppresses vibration. Our specimen loading system prevents unnecessary stress to the specimens during transfer between the bathes.
